MS Word Tips: Make your MS Word 2007 & 2010 Quick Access Toolbar more Functional

This is a very simple yet useful tip for MS Word 2007 & 2010 users. If you frequently use this productivity software in your work, you will definitely want to make your Quick Access Toolbar more functional. The toolbar, located on the top-most edge of your MS Word screen has a default functions to save, undo and redo. To customize the toolbar, simple click on the down arrow icon located beside the redo icon. You can select the commands available on the list or click on More Commands… to reveal more commands.

After you have selected the commands, just press ok and you will be able to see more command icons appear on your Quick Access Toolbar. This tip certainly will make your work with MS Word more productive and easier.
