You may have received a lot of emails every day and many of them may just be spam mails. Checking through these emails would take up a lot of time. Just imagine taking 15 to 30 minutes of your time every day just to check these mails. Certainly, that will turn up to be a lot of time being wasted.
Now, there is a faster and more efficient way to view your mail. Google has added a new lab feature to Gmail called “Message Sneak Peek” which allows you to view your mails without opening them individually.
Here is you can activate the feature in your Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Go to ‘Setting’, then look for the ‘labs’ tab and click on it.
- Search for ‘Message Sneak Peek’ option, click on the ‘enable’ button, then click on ‘Save Changes’ and you are done.
After you have turned on the feature, right-click on your message in the inbox and a preview of the message will pop-up. You can also delete the message as ‘delete’ button is show on top of the preview screen.
For a faster sneak-peeking, keyboard shortcuts are provided but you will first need to enable the shortcut keys in the Settings.
Go ahead and try it!
