Often, we have duplicate picture files in our computer. Usually we didn’t recognize or notice them. We could get the duplicates from transferring and renaming the files. It’s not an easy task to find duplicates if you have 10+GB of picture files. To make things easier, I recommend you to use Awesome Duplicate Photo Finder.
Awesome Duplicate Photo Finder (ADPF) is a software designed to scan a designated folder for duplicate photos. If you have all photos at least stored in a My Pictures or similar folder, finding duplicates takes only a few minutes.
The programs gives side by side comparisons and and a per cent match and in addition allows you to decide whether or not to delete the duplicate.
Once the scan has finished, a list appears at the bottom of the screen listing photos with potential duplicates. This program is able to compare pictures that was resized or pictures with corrected colors (black and white etc.).
