For your information, Sendi Mutiara Multimedia tournament is one of the grandest DotA tournament in Malaysia. Here are the details of the tournament :

registration fees: RM 150 (Per-Team)

terms & conditions:
i) The Sendi Mutiara Multimedia Tournament: State qualifying category is only open to Players who are legal residents of Malaysia.
ii) Players who are of international status are not eligible to participate in the respective phases unless stated otherwise under the terms and conditions set.
iii) Teams and/or players that have previously qualified are strictly not allowed to participate in any other state qualifiers and if found, will be permanently penalized & disqualified from entering the tournament effective immediately under SMM’s direct discretion. This does not affect the online registration process of signing-up for multiple states.
iv) Likewise, players & teams who are found to have registered without participating in individual and/or multiple national/regional Tournaments may be disqualified and barred from future tournaments.
