Weather Underground is an extension of Google Chrome which allows you to keep track of the current weather condition in a particular area together with the forecast of the area for the next three days.
Once you have installed the extension, an icon will appear right next to your address bar and by clicking on the icon; a menu will be displayed asking for your current location. You can enter the name of the city which you are living in. But if the application is unable to pinpoint your location then perhaps you need to include the name of the country as well.
Just like the case of Singapore city. Entering the name of the city alone will yield you no result. Thus, you have to enter the location as “Singapore, Singapore”.
The information given by the extension is pretty simple and straightforward. It is good enough for general users who wish to know what are the current weather condition, the temperature, the visibility, the humidity, and also the forecast for the next three days.
However, if you think that’s not enough, then you just need to click on the “detail Forecast” link where you will be taken to the Weather Underground webpage.
